Remote Network and Computer Support Service
*This service is different from onsite support and we can try to check or fix computer or router setting through a dedicated remote access application.
*If the problem can not resolved in 30 minutes through Remote Access Support, it has to be upgraded to onsite support (or cancel it).

Onsite TV Support Service
*Some examples of our TV support services are satellite TV setup, optical fiber TV setup, TV system setup and sound system setup.

*If you would like us to setup an independent sound speaker system at the time of your TV system up, there is a 10,500 yen of additional service fee required.
